She is the founder of Letters to Strangers, the largest global youth-for-youth mental health nonprofit, exchanging more than 60,000 letters and impacting more than half a million people in over 70 countries in the past 10 years.
​
She is a youth voice in the United Nations intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, has dug for green sauropod bones with the US Dinosaur Institute, and is passionate Astro -physicist who has worked with NASA. ​

Alexia is the founder of GirlBoss NZ. Founded when Alexia was just 16, GirlBoss NZ now has 17,500 members.
She has flown with NASA and is the youngest person to represent New Zealand at the United Nations in New York. She was named Pacific Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
She studied Leadership for Change at the University of Cambridge and holds a Masters in Emerging Technologies.
